Rostelecom says needs no new support from government
NIZNHY NOVGOROD, Jun 2 (PRIME) -- Russian state-controlled telecom and digital company Rostelecom does not need new government support, Senior Vice President for Information Technologies Kirill Menshov said on Thursday at a conference.
“We need no stimulation, we even need no support measures. We have plenty of measures already, we are learning to apply them. There are grants, we should learn how to use them. No obstacles should be placed on our way, and everything will be fine,” Menshov said.
The government took a range of measures to help the IT industry, including tax benefits.
